Service: Refurbishment & Reinstatement Works

The objective was to remove 6mm – 8mm of epoxy mortar and profile the existing concrete substrate for the following 100mm concrete topping and thickening. This is so that the slab can support the load of the heavier new machineries.

We deployed the Parana P4500 milling machine — we are the only company to own this machine in Malaysia. We milled the surface to a consistent and precise depth level, not exposing the steel reinforcement and thus preserving the integrity of structure. Our method can replace labor of 30 – 40 men hacking, guaranteeing quick turn-around time with minimal defective works.
