Service: Concrete Parana Milling

The existing cark park has many issues such as undulating floors, overcast concrete levels, spalling, delaminated floor harder and uneven construction joints. Equipment such as scarifier is unable to do the job as it is meant for other purposes. To cut down 25mm, machine is too light and too weak to execute this job.

Our client request SGI to remove 25mm – 50mm of concrete so that it can be rectified with a new cast of grout. SGI deployed 2 Parana Milling Equipment to rectify almost 3000m2 of car park surfaces. Our productive and well-established method has result in huge costs savings where we have quicker turnaround time, overheads, lesser structural defects and rectification works to be done.
