Service: Concrete Parana Milling

A commercial development in Jalan Tengah, Bukit Bintang identified surface grading issues across 2 parking floors. Poor drainage design created low points that would cause water accumulation during rainfall, leading to potential long-term damage and safety concerns.

We carried out targeted rectification across 300m², adjusting levels between 5mm and 30mm to eliminate ponding zones. The works were performed across 2 floors with scattered locations, allowing us to correct only the affected areas while preserving the rest of the surface. Using our Parana Milling technology, the job was completed in 5 days without impacting other trades on site.
