Service: Concrete Parana Milling

A mixed-use development in Petaling Jaya required surface preparation in its driveway to install a new waterproofing system. The existing surface needs to be milled to a consistent depth to ensure strong adhesion and long-term performance of the coating.

We milled 1,845m² of surface at a 5mm depth to achieve a clean, uniform profile ready for waterproofing. The works were completed in less than 2 weeks, with minimal dust, noise, and disruption to daily operations as it was surrounded with restaurants and cafes. This precise milling method ensured the waterproofing could be applied on a surface with optimal bonding conditions which is a crucial step in protecting the slab and extending the service life of the structure.
