Project Description

Kota Kemuning Warehouse Floor Milling for Renovation (1,100 m²)

Project Objective

Warehouse in Kota Kemuning required correction for floor leveling as the part of its renovation. The client initially planned to use traditional hacking to flatten the surface, but this method posed several risks, including microcracks, uneven profiling, and extended project timelines. To ensure a consistent surface profile and long-term durability, a more effective solution was needed.

How We Help

Parana Milling was a superior alternative to hacking, providing precise material removal, efficiently rectifying the floor level consistently while maintaining structural integrity. Over 1,100m² of flooring was milled to depths ranging from 20mm to 30mm, ensuring a uniform surface with no microcracks. Compared to traditional methods, Parana Milling delivered a faster, more consistent, and longer-lasting flooring solution.
