Project Description

Residence Floor Milling for Refurbishment (200 m²)

Project Objective

A residence in Bukit Kiara was undergoing a refurbishment project to enhance its public space. The floor required milling to prepare the surface for new screeding and flooring. The challenge was to mill the floor whilst ensuring the surface was smooth and level for the new installation, all while maintaining the structural integrity of the building and ensuring that residents’ daily activities were not disrupted during the process.

How We Help

Our team milled the floor across a total area of 410m², carefully removing the old floor layers and screed to the required depth. Depending on the state of the floor, we have milled between 35mm to 65mm across different sections of the project. This process ensured a smooth, level surface, ideal for the next phase of the refurbishment. Compared to traditional methods, Parana Milling offered faster completion, consistent results, and a durable surface ready for new flooring installation. The project was completed on time, with minimal disruption to the residents and maintaining the quality of the surrounding infrastructure.
